Half-Yearly Report on the Liquidity Contract as of June 30, 2025

Société Anonyme d'Explosifs et de Produits Chimiques has entrusted PORTZAMPARC - GROUPE BNP PARIBAS with the management of its liquidity contract. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account shows that it contains 2,264 securities and €310,737.54. Compared to the previous balance sheet of December 31, 2024, resources have decreased slightly, with a decrease of 123 securities but an increase in liquid assets of nearly €29,320.54.

Since the contract's inception on August 2, 2021, market transactions have been brisk. For the first half of 2025, a total of 4,287 purchases and 4,410 sales were made, with capital raised of €863,365.87 and €892,686.41, respectively.
