Sodexo Completes Sale of Sofinsod for €918 Million and Declares Special Interim Dividend

Sodexo has finalized the sale of Sofinsod to Bellon SA for €918 million. This transaction simplifies Sodexo's shareholder structure and monetizes an illiquid asset.

The proceeds from the sale will be distributed as a special interim dividend of €6.24 per share. The ex-dividend date is set for August 27, 2024, with a record date of August 28, 2024. The dividend will be paid on August 29, 2024.
