Sodexo Reports Share Capital and Voting Rights for December 2024

On January 6, 2025, Sodexo released its monthly update on share capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2024. According to Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code, the company disclosed that it has a total of 147,454,887 shares.

The report highlights two categories of voting rights. The actual voting rights amount to 216,692,568, considering that all company shares possess equal voting rights, excluding treasury shares. Additionally, shares held for more than four years are entitled to double voting rights.

For theoretical voting rights, which encompass all shares including double voting rights from long-held registered shares, the total stands at 218,518,081.
