Strategic divestment of stake by SODITECH
SODITECH has sold its 35% minority stake in SODITECH BRESIL SA. The transaction was completed for a total of €600,000, which was fully received. The shares, previously recorded as assets on the balance sheet at €61,810, generated a significant capital gain of €538,190. This transaction will be recorded in the financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
This sale is part of SODITECH's strategy to focus its resources on its priority markets and strengthen its financial structure. The funds raised will bolster the company's cash reserves and support its future investment projects.
