Sokoman Minerals Advances Exploration at Fleur de Lys Property

Sokoman Minerals Corp. has announced progress on its initial drilling program at the Fleur de Lys Property in Newfoundland. The company has completed 1,442 meters of diamond core drilling across 16 holes. Currently, results from 465 core samples sent for analysis are pending.

Drilling has revealed new structures, shear zones, and quartz veins that could indicate gold mineralization. The company intends to continue its exploration, focusing on the Golden Bull Prospect and other northern targets. The program aims to explore "Dalradian-type" orogenic gold in an area similar to regions in Northern Ireland.

The Phase 1 program, spanning 2,000 meters, investigates historical and newly identified targets. Results from these exploratory efforts are yet to be received, but the findings so far underscore potential for gold deposits.
