SouthGobi Resources Ltd. Arranges Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

SouthGobi Resources Ltd., listed on both TSX-V and HK:1878, announced a new strategy for disseminating its corporate communications. Following the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the company will now distribute all future communications electronically. SouthGobi's aim is to distribute these communications through its website and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's website. Printed copies will be available only upon request from shareholders.

The company will additionally send specific actionable communications directly to shareholders via email. If a shareholder's email is not available or functional, a printed copy will be sent alongside a form requesting an updated email address. On April 30, 2024, SouthGobi will send out a letter to shareholders with a reply form for providing their email addresses or requesting printed copies of communications.

Shareholders are encouraged to provide their email updates using the reply form to facilitate smoother electronic communication. This move reflects SouthGobi's commitment to efficient communication strategies while complying fully with listing regulations.
