Spartoo: 2024 Results and Cash Flow Optimization

Spartoo, the online fashion specialist, has announced revenue of €130.5 million for 2024, with a business volume of €184.7 million, down 7.7% compared to 2023. Despite a challenging economic environment, the group improved its operating cash flow by €4.6 million, reaching €6.6 million, thanks to rigorous inventory and cost management.

Net debt was halved to €5.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA remained stable at €1.8 million, representing 1.4% of revenue. In response to the market contraction, Spartoo is closing certain points of sale and focusing on an omnichannel strategy. The online offering was expanded by 1.6 million items, supporting cost optimization and future profitability.

Finally, Spartoo's transport subsidiary, TooPost, attracted 28 new customers, although business volume declined by 10%. The group continues to optimize its resources despite market challenges.
