Spetz Inc. Acquires Sonic Strategy to Enhance Blockchain Capabilities

Spetz Inc. (CSE: SPTZ) has completed its acquisition of Sonic Strategy Inc., a company focused on blockchain staking. This move strengthens Spetz's infrastructure in blockchain and staking solutions. In exchange for Sonic Strategy's shares, Spetz issued 13,999,999 common shares and an additional 700,000 as advisory fees. These shares have trading restrictions until mid-July 2025.

Mitchell Demeter, a leading figure in cryptocurrency, joins Spetz's Board and remains CEO of Sonic Strategy. He aims to expand staking and blockchain operations, aligning them with Spetz's vision. Spetz CEO Yossi Nevo views this acquisition as a bolster to innovation in the Web3 space, integrating new blockchain revenue streams.

The acquisition also sees the resignation of Bhavuk Kaul from the Spetz Board. The company's future strategy includes advancing staking solutions and integrating Sonic Strategy's offerings into the broader Spetz ecosystem.
