This collaboration marks Sportsbet.io's foray into basketball, aiming to transform the sports and basketball ecosystem across West Asia alongside eVulpa, the exclusive commercial partner of the FIBA WASL.

The FIBA West Asia Super League, which was initiated in 2022 by FIBA, is currently in its second season, featuring elite professional clubs from 14 countries. This partnership will grant Sportsbet.io exposure in 12 different basketball arenas of the region, contributing to the league's visibility and appeal.

The strategic alliance is also expected to benefit the league’s structure, including the introduction of a home and away system for the first time in Asia, culminating in the Final Eight phase. Successful clubs will advance to compete in the FIBA Asia Champions Cup 2023, opening a path to the Intercontinental Cup.
