SPORTTOTAL AG Successfully Completes Capital Increase

SPORTTOTAL AG announced the successful completion of its capital increase, raising EUR 1,384,132.00. The increase stemmed from the company's Authorized Capital 2022/I. Existing shareholders subscribed to 384,132 New Shares, around 28% of the total, while 1,000,000 New Shares were taken by strategic investors through private placement, representing 72% of the new shares.

The new funds will be used to expand the "STAIDIUM" streaming platform for live sports events in the USA and to finance the group's working capital. Consequently, the company's share capital will increase from EUR 34,040,376.00 to EUR 35,424,508.00, with the New Shares expected to be included in trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in calendar week 28 of 2024.
