SSE PLC Reports Total Voting Rights Update

SSE PLC has disclosed an update on its total voting rights and capital as of 2 March 2026. The company announced that its issued share capital comprises 1,215,471,728 ordinary shares, with 3,303,821 of these held in treasury. The voting rights associated with treasury shares are automatically suspended.

Consequently, the total number of voting rights available in the company stands at 1,212,167,907. Shareholders are advised to use this figure as the denominator for computations to determine whether they need to report their interest or any changes to their interest in SSE PLC, in line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
