St-Georges Announces AGM Date and Warrant Extensions
St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. will hold its Annual General Meeting on December 12, 2025, at 1pm EDT in Montréal. This meeting will be accessible both in person and online for shareholders. The company also shared updates on its critical minerals projects in Québec, with fieldwork scheduled on Julie and Manicouagan sites to validate new geological models.
Additionally, CEO Herb Duerr plans site visits to Iceland's Thormodsdalur and Elbow Creek Gold Projects with a geologist team in September. Their aim is to perform geological evaluations and engage with local communities to discuss project plans.
Moreover, St-Georges disclosed extensions for certain warrants initially issued in 2023. These warrants, initially valid for 24 months with a $0.15 exercise price, have been extended to 42 months. New expiry dates are set for March 14, 2027, and April 30, 2027.
