Stade Bauer: end of exclusivity between REALITES and TODD INTERESTS
The REALITES territorial development group has announced the end of the exclusivity granted to TODD INTERESTS for the sale of the Bauer operation and stadium. The exclusivity expired on September 10 at midnight and has not been renewed.
Work on the Bauer stadium, which is expected to have a capacity of 9,834 seats, as well as the Bauer Box (30,600 m²), is on schedule. During the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the stadium will serve as a training venue while continuing to host home matches for Red Star FC, playing in Ligue 2 this season.
