BRIEF

on Star Alliance International Corp. (NASDAQ:STAL)

Star Alliance International Corp. ("STAL") Files March 31, 2024 10-Q

Star Alliance International Corp. (STAL) has filed its financial statements for the 3 and 9 months ending March 31, 2024. The filing was delayed due to work on a $25 million line of credit and the S-1 registration. The SEC confirmed the S-1 registration but required a reaudit of prior financial statements due to the suspension of the company's auditor, Gries and Associates, LLC.

The SEC requested that the companies use a PCAOB-registered auditor for reaudits. Despite attempts by the company's CFO to obtain a waiver from the SEC, the waiver was denied. Consequently, STAR will start the reaudits and aims to refile the S-1 by September 2024.

President Richard Carey expressed disappointment but remained optimistic about operational growth. Star Alliance will focus on its mining operations with Genesis in Honduras and other initiatives.
