Status of Damartex voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2024

Damartex, a French public limited company specializing in the distribution of clothing, has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital. As of December 31, 2024, the company's share capital is composed of 11,598,300 shares. These shares allow a gross total of 21,347,041 voting rights. After adjustment for shares deprived of voting rights, the net total of available voting rights amounts to 21,005,180.

This publication is part of the transparency obligations required by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation.
