Status of Lhyfe's Share Capital as of March 31, 2025
On April 4, 2025, Lhyfe, a green hydrogen specialist, announced its share capital figures as of March 31, 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Paris, has a total of 47,970,348 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 82,176,351, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 82,073,251. This difference is explained by the 103,100 treasury shares, which do not have voting rights.
Lhyfe is thus continuing its mission to decarbonize industry and mobility through green hydrogen. As a pioneer in this field, the company is establishing a presence in 12 European countries, with several new projects under development.
