STEF: Update of voting rights as of February 28, 2025
STEF has released figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares as of February 28, 2025. The company's capital consists of 12,850,000 shares.
The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 22,814,437. However, the exercisable voting rights, i.e. the total number after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights such as treasury shares, is 22,502,708.
This transparency meets the legal obligations governed by Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
