STEF: Voting rights as of August 30, 2025
On September 10, 2025, STEF communicated its figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares as of August 30, 2025, in accordance with the requirements of Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
STEF's capital consists of 12,850,000 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 22,820,343, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 22,618,552. This difference is explained by shares without voting rights, such as those held in treasury.
