STEF: Update of voting rights as of November 30, 2024
On December 6, 2024, STEF made public the information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares as of November 30, 2024, in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. The company's capital consists of 12,850,000 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 22,807,696. However, a portion of these voting rights are not exercisable. Consequently, the total number of exercisable voting rights is 22,495,862. This difference takes into account shares deprived of voting rights, in particular treasury shares.
