Sterling Metals Announces Share Consolidation and Drilling Plans

Sterling Metals Corp. has announced a consolidation of its shares, implementing a 10-for-1 basis approved by shareholders. The new consolidated shares are set to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on February 24, 2025. Consequently, the outstanding common shares will total approximately 24,838,793, with no fractional shares issued. The process will not affect shareholder ownership percentages but will reduce the total number of shares held.

In conjunction with the consolidation, Sterling Metals has identified key drill targets at its Copper Road Project. Drilling is scheduled for March, with a focus on copper porphyry potential. CEO Mathew Wilson underscored the strategic timing of this share structure adjustment, aimed at enhancing marketability and preparing for upcoming exploration results.

Sterling Metals continues its focus on Canadian exploration opportunities, particularly at the Copper Road and Adeline Projects, with promising prospects for new copper discoveries.
