Stillwater Identifies Large Polymetallic Targets in Montana
Stillwater Critical Minerals Corp. has disclosed new large-scale magmatic sulphide targets from a geophysical survey completed in 2024 at their Stillwater West Ni-PGE-Cu-Co + Au project in Montana. Expert Geophysics Limited processed this extensive MobileMTm magneto-telluric survey.
The 2024 survey data helped refine Stillwater's 3D geological model of the complex, expanding it from 9.5 to 20 kilometers. This model identifies multiple resistivity lows and conductive highs, providing essential information for structural interpretation.
Limited drilling on these targets confirmed polymetallic mineralization, offering numerous priorities for drilling. Stillwater West's collaboration with Glencore and ALS Global aims to enhance their development strategy, aligning with U.S. government directives for securing critical mineral inventories.
