Update on Stillwater Critical Minerals' Activities

Stillwater Critical Minerals Corp. has announced progress on its projects, focusing on the advancement of its Stillwater West critical minerals project in Montana. The company reported closing $8.78 million in private placements, including a third investment by Glencore, which now holds a 15% stake.

The 2025 exploration program aims to expand mineralization defined in the January 2023 Resource Estimate. Two drill rigs commenced operations in July, targeting Chrome Mountain and Iron Mountain areas. Over 3,100 meters have been drilled so far in 2025, contributing to a project total of more than 43,100 meters. Results, expected in 2026, will support an updated resource estimate.

Stillwater is engaging with the U.S. government to support domestic critical mineral supply chains, reflecting a strong alignment with federal initiatives. The company also plans to update on non-core assets and provide further strategic and financial updates as development progresses.
