Sto Group Reports 3.7% Turnover Increase for H1 2026
Sto SE & Co. KGaA has announced a 3.7% increase in turnover, reaching EUR 805.5 million by June 2026. Despite challenging market conditions, including severe weather and geopolitical tensions, the company recuperated from a first-quarter shortfall. The EBIT increased by 20.6% to EUR 30.5 million, bolstered by strategic initiatives. The German market showed significant growth in Q2, offsetting earlier declines. Turnover in Germany rose by 4.7%, while international turnover increased by 3.0%.
The Western Europe segment saw a 4.5% revenue rise, driven mainly by growth in Germany and subsidiaries in Austria, Spain, and Switzerland. In contrast, the America/Asia/Pacific segment experienced a 5.0% revenue drop, affected by North American dollar depreciation and weak demand in Asia, especially China. Sto forecasts an annual turnover of EUR 1.62 billion amid persisting uncertainties.
