Strategic acquisition of 13 assets by Patrimoine & Commerce
Patrimoine & Commerce has announced the acquisition of a portfolio of 13 retail park assets for a value of €35 million. These assets cover more than 27,000 m² with an AEM yield of 7.5%. Composed of 25 cells, this portfolio has an occupancy rate of 100%.
Among the brands occupying these spaces are Action, Centrakor and Stokomani, which represent a resilient discount segment and more than 40% of the total rent. This acquisition strengthens the presence of Patrimoine & Commerce, particularly in Wittenheim and Laon.
This transaction is part of Patrimoine & Commerce's development strategy, aiming for a medium-term objective of €1 billion in assets under management. It also confirms the company's strategic positioning in the promising niche of low-cost retail park real estate.
