Strategic acquisition of Télé-Thyon SA by Téléverbier SA

On September 20, 2024, Téléverbier SA signed an agreement to purchase 10,677 shares of Télé-Thyon SA for an amount of CHF 1,708,320.

This acquisition will allow Téléverbier SA to increase its stake to 44.27% of the capital of Télé-Thyon SA, compared to 30.92% previously. Public authorities now hold 33.95% of the capital. The transaction includes an agreement granting Téléverbier SA five seats out of nine on the Board of Directors of Télé-Thyon SA.

With this transaction, Téléverbier SA obtains control of Télé-Thyon SA, which will be consolidated by global integration upon transfer of control. This consolidation will impact the financial results of Téléverbier SA.

The simplified balance sheet of Télé-Thyon SA as of October 31, 2023 shows current assets of CHF 1,239 k, non-current assets of CHF 21,192 k, current liabilities of CHF 3,857 k and non-current liabilities of CHF 8,544 k. Equity amounts to CHF 10,031 k.
