Strategic partnership between iSON Xperiences and Aistra for customer experience innovation through AI
iSON Xperiences and Aistra have announced a strategic partnership to transform customer experience through Artificial Intelligence (AI). This global partnership will enable AI-enhanced automation and next-generation digital solutions.
iSON Xperiences, which operates in 22 countries, will collaborate with Aistra to integrate proprietary AI agent technologies. The initiative covers various sectors, including telecoms, banking and retail.
According to Vitul Kwatra, CEO of iSON Xperiences, this partnership will accelerate the adoption of AI while creating additional value through more effective customer interactions. Eric Selvadurai of Aistra emphasizes that this collaboration sets new standards for data-driven customer experience.
