Strategic reorganization for Sirius Media

Sirius Media, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces a major reorganization of its governance and activities. The objective is to strengthen its profitability, notably through debt reduction.

The film "Zak and Wowo, the legend of Lendarys" did not meet expectations in France, but the group is banking on international sales to relaunch its distribution. These results have prompted the board of directors to readjust the global strategy.

Paul Amsellem becomes chairman of the group, replacing Gilles Aupin. Robert Koople also joins the board of directors. This new team focuses on a debt restructuring and a cost optimization plan.

Finally, a partner has been engaged for the distribution of films and series, thus reinforcing Sirius Media's international development ambitions.
