Substitute Nominee to Stand for Election at the Upcoming Annual General Meeting

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 14, 2024 / Temas Resources Corp. ("Temas" or the "Company") (CSE:TMAS)(OTCQB:TMASF) has announced that Veronique Laberge will stand for election to the Board of Directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2024. Ms. Laberge replaces Rory Kutluoglu as a director, effective June 13, 2024.

If elected, Ms. Laberge will also serve on the audit committee. The Company is utilizing its discretionary authority to nominate Ms. Laberge instead of Mr. Kutluoglu, as outlined in the Management Information Circular dated May 3, 2024. Management recommends voting FOR Ms. Laberge.

Shareholders should treat election boxes for Mr. Kutluoglu as boxes for Ms. Laberge. Those wishing to change their vote can submit a new proxy form or follow specific procedures as detailed by the Company. The Circular remains unchanged except for this substitution.

Ms. Veronique Laberge, a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 18 years of experience, will bring expertise in certification mandates and accounting. She has served as a fractional CFO for multiple companies since 2018.
