Summary of the Ordinary General Meeting of Warehouse Estates Belgium SA
During its Ordinary General Meeting held on April 23, 2024, Warehouse Estates Belgium SA adopted several important resolutions. The statutory annual accounts for the 2023 financial year were approved, including a gross dividend of €3.35 per share, payable on May 3, 2024. Discharge was granted to the Sole Administrator and the Auditor for the period from January to December 2023.
