SURTECO GROUP SE Reports Solid Preliminary Results for 2024
On March 17, 2025, SURTECO GROUP SE announced its unaudited preliminary financial results for the business year 2024. The company reported a 3% increase in sales revenue, reaching €856.6 million. The EBITDA adjusted figure grew by 10% to €95.3 million, and the EBITDA reported increased by a significant 42%, climbing from €66.6 million to €94.4 million.
The growth is attributed to the full-year consolidation of the acquired divisions of Omnova, which were previously consolidated for only ten months. Despite very weak demand in the sectors, sales narrowly missed the target range of €860 million to €910 million. Earnings before financial result and income tax (EBIT) saw a notable rise, growing by 326% to €34.5 million.
Chairman Wolfgang Moyses expressed contentment with the operational achievements amid challenging conditions and maintained optimism about the company's long-term goals. The full Annual Report for 2024 will be released on April 29, 2025.
