Suspension of the Galimmo liquidity contract
Paris, July 4, 2024 – Galimmo SCA announces the suspension of the execution of the liquidity contract entrusted to Exane BNP Paribas. This decision follows the announcement on July 1, 2024 of the proposed simplified public purchase offer that the company Carmila plans to submit for Galimmo SCA shares.
As of July 3, 2024, the resources appearing in the liquidity account were 3,011 securities and €57,177. As a reminder, as of December 31, 2023, these means were 2,944 shares and €57,157.
