Suspension of trading of MND shares on Euronext Growth Paris
MND (Euronext Growth – FR00140050Q2 – ALMND), specialist in cable mobility and snowmaking systems, announces the suspension of the listing of its shares on Euronext Growth Paris. This decision, effective from today, comes pending the publication of the final results of the public withdrawal offer by the Financial Markets Authority.
The buyback initiative, led by L&M Infra, ended on June 28, 2024. The official notice will confirm the suspension maintained until the squeeze-out is completed. Shares not tendered to the public offer will be transferred to the Offeror in return for compensation of €0.90 per share.
