Swiss Medical Network Reports 2024 Financial Results and Strategic Growth

Swiss Medical Network (SMN), a subsidiary of AEVIS VICTORIA SA, announced its financial results for 2024, achieving consolidated gross revenues of CHF 812.2 million, marking a 5.6% increase from the previous year. The company highlighted a net revenue of CHF 684.9 million and an EBITDAR of CHF 113.9 million, reflecting a 6.7% rise.

In the early months of 2025, SMN reported consolidated gross revenue of CHF 175.1 million, a 24.7% increase over the same period last year, with organic growth and key acquisitions, including Spital Zofingen and CentroMedico. These strategic movements are part of SMN's long-term goal to integrate inpatient and outpatient care effectively.

The company saw tangible success with its integrated care model, especially in the Jura Arc and Ticino, maintaining stable insurance premiums with VIVA Insurance amidst industry increases. Looking forward, SMN aims to expand its network, particularly in the Canton of Aargau by 2026.
