A Positive 2024 Balance Sheet for Swiss Prime Investment Foundation
Swiss Prime Investment Foundation closed the 2024 financial year with solid results. The cash flow yield stood at 3.44%, while rental income reached CHF 144.1 million. The real estate portfolio surpassed the CHF 4 billion mark for the first time, reaching CHF 4,111.1 million. The vacancy rate fell to 1.75%, a historically low level.
The SPF Living+ Europe investment group also performed well, with a yield of 3.58%. Progress was made in terms of sustainability, with the conclusion of nine Green Lease contracts. ESG ratings improved, and energy intensity and CO2e emissions were reduced by around 10%.
