SWK Holdings Appoints Chief Financial Officer

SWK Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SWKH) has appointed Adam C. Rice, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The company has also promoted Courtney Baker, CPA, to Controller.

Adam C. Rice brings over 18 years of expertise in finance and accounting leadership. He previously served as CFO at Park Cities Asset Management. Rice's career includes various senior finance roles in both public and private real estate sector companies. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Courtney Baker joined SWK Holdings in July 2023 as Assistant Controller. She has extensive experience in technical accounting, SEC reporting, M&A activities, and system integration. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tarleton State University.

CEO Jody Staggs praised the new appointments, stating that both Rice and Baker are well-suited to enhance SWK's finance and accounting functions.
