Tahuehueto Mine Achieves Commercial Production Milestone

Empress Royalty Corp. has announced that its investment in the Tahuehueto Mine, owned by Luca Mining Corp., has reached commercial production. This milestone was achieved as the mine consistently operates above 800 tonnes per day. The plant boasts a capacity of 1,000 tpd and reaches up to 1,200 tpd. Current plant availability stands at 82%, with a target increase to 85%-90%.

Alexandra Woodyer Sherron, CEO of Empress Royalty, highlighted this achievement as significant for both Luca and Empress, reflecting the successful realization of Empress's silver stream. Luca is enhancing Tahuehueto's infrastructure and exploring regional targets to maximize efficiency and extend the mine's lifespan.
