Taranis Resources Identifies New Exploration Targets at Thor Project

Taranis Resources Inc. has refined the geological understanding of its Thor Project in British Columbia, following its 2025 drilling program. The program uncovered unexpected geological findings, revealing new exploration targets. These include the Borr Zone, which extends known mineralization 1.3 km east of the main Thor deposit, suggesting a larger-than-anticipated epithermal system. The program also identified an intrusive lamprophyre dyke, critical for understanding the area's geological evolution but not mineralized itself.

Two high-priority targets have been established for 2026. The Nortran Target, located southwest of Thor, was indicated by a boulder field and EM anomalies. The Borr Zone, east of the lamprophyre dyke, offers potential due to its connections to the Silver Cup Anticline. If contiguous, Borr could be five times the size of Thor.

CEO John Gardiner emphasized the importance of these findings for understanding the scale of Thor. Historically, exploration focused on older vein structures, but this new data suggests significant potential beyond those bounds.
