Tarkett Releases Voting Rights and Shares Information for 2024

On January 3rd, 2025, Tarkett Group, based in Paris, France, published information regarding its share capital and voting rights as of December 31st, 2024. This release complies with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

As of the specified date, the total number of shares in Tarkett's share capital amounted to 65,550,281. The theoretical number of voting rights stood at 123,799,221.
