Tectonic Metals Announces Results of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Tectonic Metals Inc. (TSX-V:TECT) announced that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 19, 2024, were approved. Shareholders re-elected Antonio Reda, Allison Rippin Armstrong, Joseph J. Perkins, John Armstrong, and Michael W. Roper to the Board of Directors. Davidson & Company LLP was re-appointed as auditors. The Equity Incentive plan was also approved.
