Goldman Sachs Crosses Thresholds at TELEPERFORMANCE
Goldman Sachs International announced changes to its stake in TELEPERFORMANCE. On September 18, 2025, it exceeded the 5% threshold, reaching 5.01% of the capital with 2,998,916 shares, or 4.89% of the voting rights. This acquisition was made off-market.
On September 19, 2025, it fell back below this threshold, holding 4.91% of the capital. These changes do not result in an indirect threshold crossing by the parent company, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., which retains approximately 7% of the capital and voting rights, consolidating its position through various forms of indirect holdings such as options and swap contracts.
