Temas 2024 Annual General Meeting Voting Results
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 21, 2024 / Temas Resources Corp. ("Temas" or the "Company") (CSE:TMAS) (OTCQB:TMASF) announced that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2024, were approved.
The number of directors remains set at four. The elected directors are S. Kyler Hardy (98.87%), David Robinson (99.97%), Veronique Laberge (96.13%), and Tim Fernback (99.97%). Veronique Laberge replaced Rory Kutluoglu as per a company release on June 14, 2024.
Shareholders also endorsed DeVisser Gray LLP as the auditors, granting directors the authority to set their remuneration for the next fiscal year. CEO Tim Fernback highlighted the strong shareholder support and outlined plans to enhance asset value at the La Blache and Lac Brule properties through additional exploration and development.
