Temas Resources Expands Drilling at La Blache to Enhance Resource Understanding
Temas Resources Corp. has launched an accelerated 2,500-meter drilling program at the La Blache property near Baie-Comeau, Quebec. The program is managed by Magnor Exploration Inc. and aims to further explore the Farrell-Taylor Ti02 deposit and validate prior findings at the Lac Schmoo deposit.
The project is set to support a comprehensive understanding of the deposit, aiding the development of the Temas Regenerative Chloride Leach technology. This technology is essential for improving the extraction of critical and base metals, aligning with the push for onshoring critical metals in North America.
Temas' CEO, Tim Fernback, emphasized the strategic advantages of the La Blache site, including its proximity to existing infrastructure and a skilled workforce. The drilling campaign is fully funded and expected to conclude by April 2026.
According to David Caldwell, COO of Temas, this effort will contribute significantly to establishing resource independence in key metals, including vanadium and titanium.
