Temas Resources Engages PAC Partners for ASX Listing

Temas Resources Corp. has announced its engagement of PAC Partners Securities Pty Ltd for a proposed listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). The company aims to raise between A$6,000,000 and A$15,000,000 through a concurrent financing effort.

This listing and financing effort will enable Temas to advance its La Blache Titanium Dioxide Exploration Project and continue developing its mineral processing technologies. PAC Partners, known for their expertise with small and mid-cap companies, will manage the listing.

This initiative is subject to regulatory approval. Temas believes that this move will provide new opportunities, including access to capital and increased market visibility, particularly in the resources sector.
