Termination of the liquidity contract by AVENTADOR and change of mnemonic code

Paris, September 27, 2024 - AVENTADOR, a holding company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, terminated on September 23, 2024 the liquidity contract entrusted to TSAF since November 25, 2021. At the end of this contract, the liquidity account showed a balance of 0 AVENTADOR shares and 21,145.28 euros.

Aventador also informs of the change of its mnemonic code, now ALAVE, replacing the old code ALGRE. This change is part of a restructuring process aimed at supporting the growth and diversification of the company.

Shareholders can continue to trade their shares under the new ALAVE ticker, with no impact on the company’s business model or direction. Aventador remains committed to creating value for its shareholders, despite these changes.
