Terms of participation in the VIRBAC general meeting
The VIRBAC company informs its shareholders that the combined general meeting, both ordinary and extraordinary, will be held on June 21, 2024 at 9 a.m. at its premises in Carros. Participation can be done either in person or remotely via postal voting. The necessary documents can be consulted online or by appointment at the VIRBAC legal department.
Voting by proxy is also possible. This flexibility aims to facilitate maximum shareholder participation. All documents relating to the meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, are accessible on the VIRBAC corporate website and in the Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements of May 15, 2024.
