Terrance McCray Joins the Crestcom Network

With nearly three decades of leadership experience, McCray has worked in various roles, from front-line associate to executive positions in the aerospace and logistics sectors. He holds an MBA and has completed the coursework for a PhD in Organizational Leadership.

McCray emphasized Crestcom's unique approach to leadership training, which includes application plans and accountability, as the primary reason for his partnership. He believes Crestcom's methodology fills a gap in typical leadership programs.
