The Eiffel Tower Company reorganizes its portfolio with the sale in Marseille

The Société de la Tour Eiffel has announced the sale of Parc Eiffel des Aygalades, located in the 14th arrondissement of Marseille. With its 19,100 m² spread over 13 buildings, this complex represents less than 4% of their total assets. This sale is part of a global strategy to rebalance and transform the real estate portfolio.

In collaboration with the notary office Wargny Katz and other partners, this transaction demonstrates the Company's desire to adapt its assets to market conditions. Since 2022, the disposal plan has generated transactions totaling more than €210 million, or approximately 12% of the total value of their assets.

The Company now aims to certify 80% of its assets according to rigorous environmental standards.
