The GANÉ Global Balanced Fund evolves into the GANÉ Value Event Fund

Investment fund management company GANÉ announces a major change for its GANÉ Global Balanced Fund product. Starting in December 2023, this fund will adopt a more aggressive investment strategy under the new name of GANÉ Value Event Fund. This evolution follows the end of a significant collaboration with ACATIS. The change aims to provide clarity and reliability to investors amid the uncertainty arising from this separation.

The new concept moves away from the previously defensive approach, with adjusted asset allocation and a modified benchmark. The GANÉ Value Event Fund will be based on the Value Event approach, including the GANÉ rating model and a deep understanding of global business models. Four classes of shares are available, primarily targeting institutional clients.

The announcement is positively received by the majority of current investors, who support this transition scheduled for February 23, 2024. GANÉ plans to present the new concept in detail to its investors and clarify the circumstances surrounding the end of its collaboration with ACATIS. The company also emphasizes the significant regulatory infrastructure supporting the new fund.
