The Grounds Real Estate Development AG has successfully secured EUR 40 million in equity capital. This development follows the participation of a fund managed by H.I.G. Capital in the company's capital increase initiative. The conditions necessary for this investment have been met, and H.I.G. Capital has subscribed to the capital increase as per the contract.

The anticipated gross proceeds from this initiative are approximately EUR 40.5 million.
