Datametrex AI Ltd. Extends Private Placement Deadline
Datametrex AI Ltd. has announced an extension to finalize its non-brokered private placement. Initially disclosed on June 9, 2025, the company plans to submit final documents by August 11, 2025, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. The extension aims to secure funds for expanding healthcare products and relocating two clinics.
The private placement may involve finders' fees up to 10% in cash, and an equivalent percentage in broker warrants. Issued securities will have a hold period of four months and one day per Canadian laws. Approval from the TSX Venture Exchange is required for completion.
